Who is behind this

I'm Chelsea Tang, and I run Okra Studio. I record the video walkthrough and write the "do before November 27" list for every audit myself, so you hear from a person who has looked at your pages.

Who this is for: Shopify stores that plan to run ads or email for Black Friday and want the product pages checked first. It is not for stores that need a full redesign.

Questions

What do you need from me?

Your store address, entered when you pay. We review the live store like a shopper would, so no admin access or passwords are needed.

What if the audit is late?

If we can't deliver by the date we promised, you get a full refund. Once the audit is delivered, it is non-refundable.

Can I ask questions afterward?

Yes. You can send one round of questions within 7 days of delivery. If you want us to look at the pages again after you've made changes, that's $250.

Will this increase my sales?

We can't promise a number. The recommendations come from a review of your live store and published ecommerce research, including Baymard Institute. What you gain depends on which changes you make and how.
